The team at Young Writers have produced a mindfulness journal. They say:
We understand that it is a difficult time and many children are worried or anxious about what’s going on in the world. That’s why we think now more than ever it’s important to keep track and take care of their mental health.
That is where our mindfulness journal comes in. We’ve teamed up Amy Polly, a mindfulness and meditation expert, a trained teacher and a mum herself to develop a mindfulness journal for children.
The journal allows children to check in with their emotions daily, practise mindfulness techniques including body scanning and breathing activities which will help them stay positive and reduce anxiety.
