To Parents and Carers,

It is with great regret that I must inform you that school will be closed to the following pupils: Year 6 only on Wednesday 1st February due to the NEU industrial strike action being taken by its members.

The school will be closed for pupils in Year 6 only, Wednesday 1st February.

The school will remain open for all other pupils in the Nursery, Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5.

School will be open for all pupils with EHCPs, SEND Support or an allocated social worker.

For pupils who attend the Early Birds Club, that too will remain open to the pupils from Years 1-5.

I will be writing in the coming days with more details about how families entitled to a free school meal will be able to access one.

I wanted to inform you as soon as possible of class closures so that you are able to plan and put contingencies in place.
