Whilst climate change is at the top of the agenda Wandsworth is organising an online event for all of us with families to learn about how we can travel with a child without using the car.
Stepping Out of The Family Car (FREE)

• Who should attend? Residents, particularly families with children
This is an online event for all parents of babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and primary schoolers or anyone curious about travelling with a child. The event will explore the diverse ways parents in the borough travel and showcase the support available to help you step away from the family car. Expect information on cargo bikes, car clubs, cycling training, as well as opportunities to share your own experiences, tips and tricks.
This event is part of the Together on Climate Change Festival 2021 organised by Wandsworth Council, bringing together people from across the borough and raising awareness of climate change issues.
The festival will run from Monday 8 to Saturday 13 November 2021.
