We think it’s very important to give our pupils the opportunity to experience new sports or activities so we offer a variety of after school clubs which take place every day after school. Some clubs change every term whilst others run all year. For our sports clubs we employ external specialist coaches to run the clubs so your child gets expert coaches in their field. This includes basketball, netball, cricket, gymnastics, football and dance.

Unfortunately clubs do cost money to run so we have to charge a nominal fee for membership of an after school club which is payable online through School Money, links for which are on this website. To use this service you will need to make sure the school has up to date contact details for you and then you will receive a password by text allowing you to log in and use the site.

Clubs for the Autumn term start from Monday 11th September  and run until Friday 15th December. 

After School Clubs at West Hill run termly. Please note that some clubs may NOT run all year.

This term the After School Clubs available at West Hill will be:

• School Clubs- These are run by Teachers and TA’s from the school, who run the clubs in their own time and are not paid for this. These cost £1 per term.

• Sporting Clubs- These are funded by West Hill and run by Enable, Kick London and Unity. These cost £36 per term.

These clubs run from 3:15pm – 4:15pm.

We will be taking bookings for after school clubs at 4pm on Thursday 7th September via the SchoolMoney/Eduspot system. This is where parents can secure their child’s place within an afterschool club.

After School Care is now available from 3.15pm to 5.30pm onsite at West Hill. This costs £10 per day or £45 for a full week.

We also offer an Early Birds Club which is available to children from Reception to Year 6 before school. Early Birds starts at 8am with last admission by 8.10am. The cost is £2 per session and is also payable online in the same way as after school clubs. You will need to complete the application form below and give it to the school office.
