Dear Parents/ Carers,
In September 2021 there will be one year 3 class.
To ensure a smooth transition to year 3 during the second half of this term the children in year 2N and year 2H will be taught together as one class of 29.
This half-term the children in year 2 are going to be streamlined into one class. This will enable two class teachers and two teaching assistants to teach the year 2 children as one class.
Ms Narula and Ms Hanford will team-teach the combined class for all lessons. There will be additional support from 2 teaching assistants and an additional teacher one day a week. This will provide excellent teaching and learning opportunities for all children.
The children have already started to work together as one class and are really enjoying this experience.
