School Uniform
We want all children at West Hill Primary to take pride in their appearance and we believe that a school uniform helps to foster a sense of community among our students. By wearing the same attire, children develop a shared identity that transcends individual differences. This unity not only enhances their school experience but also strengthens the bonds within our diverse community.
Our commitment to inclusion is reflected in our uniform policy. We understand that every child has unique needs, and we encourage parents to reach out if assistance with uniform provision is required. Together, we can ensure that all children feel valued and supported in their learning journey.
Collaboration between parents and the school is essential in promoting a positive school culture. By adhering to the uniform guidelines, we work together to instil a sense of pride and responsibility in our children. This partnership not only enriches their educational experience but also reinforces the values we cherish at West Hill Primary.
We therefore expect all children to wear the school’s uniform which is laid out below:

At West Hill Primary, we are committed to promoting sustainability through our Pre Loved School Uniform initiative, where parents can donate or pick up free second-hand uniform. This initiative not only helps to reduce waste but also provides an affordable solution for families. We welcome donations throughout the year, and welcome families who are in need of uniform items to speak to the office team or senior leaders, who will do their best to help. By choosing second hand uniforms, you contribute to a more sustainable future.
